Information we collect
We collect information you voluntarily submit through our online forms — including the discovery-flight scheduler, the online application, and our contact form. Typical fields include name, email, phone, address, date of birth, citizenship/immigration information required for FAA and TSA compliance, pilot certificate details, flight hours, emergency contact details, and a passport or government-issued ID image when you complete the application.
Our website may also collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule introductory flights.
- To process applications, evaluate eligibility, and issue training records.
- To satisfy FAA, TSA Alien Flight Student Program (AFSP), and SEVP / M-1 visa requirements where applicable.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and training services.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with: (i) government agencies where required by law (FAA, TSA, SEVP/USCIS, DHS); (ii) service providers that help us operate (scheduling, email, hosting, payment processing); and (iii) other parties with your consent.
Data storage and security
Applications and uploaded ID images are stored in access-controlled cloud infrastructure. Access is limited to authorized staff who need it to process your application or training records. While we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Retention
We retain student records and training documentation for the periods required by FAA regulations and applicable law, and for as long as needed to provide ongoing services. Inquiry and marketing records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing Info@globalaviationcorp.net. Some records (e.g., FAA-required training records) may be subject to mandatory retention.
Children
Our services are directed to individuals 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
