Use of the website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access non-public areas, or submit false or misleading information through any form.

Online application & scheduling

Submitting the online application or booking a discovery flight does not create an enrollment, rental, or instructional contract. Acceptance, scheduling, and rental terms are confirmed in writing by our office and subject to our Rental Agreement, Hold Harmless Agreement, and General Policies & Procedures.

No flight or regulatory advice

Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for FAA regulations, TSA guidance, or instruction from a certificated flight instructor.

Intellectual property

All site content — including text, graphics, logos, and photography — is owned by Global Aviation Center or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without consent. Third-party marks (e.g., partner airline logos) belong to their respective owners.

Third-party services

Our website embeds third-party services such as Acuity Scheduling and Google Maps. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Aviation Center is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.
