Your FAA Private Pilot license will be recognized everywhere in the world. To obtain your Instrument Rating is not only a fun pursuit, but a worthwhile accomplishment. You will gain the increased skill and confidence that comes from the precise flying required for this rating. IFR pilots are not restricted as much by the weather and learn to use all of the aircrafts equipment for safe navigation during times when the weather is considered less then ideal for flying. For those pursuing a career in aviation, the Instrument Rating, and the knowledge you will receive during training, is a must.
